There are times when a mid-day and we felt that our energies are zero, no case, no matter that we slept well or poorly, the question is that we have left much of the day to live and we have no energy. It is in those cases when it becomes necessary to take a nap.

A nap does not mean that we are lazy, quite the opposite, taking a nap because we improved our performance as this is a natural way to reduce stress, improve cognitive functions, be more alert and improve our ability to react.

During the night we need to sleep about 7 or 8 hours daily and during nap about 20, 25 minutes and we’ll be fine.
