Halitosis or bad breath is called the bad odor that some people have in the breath, and this is a problem that can occur for several reasons.

Poor oral hygiene, diseases of the mouth or throat, are some of the reasons for which there is this discomfort that affects many people.

To prevent this condition suggests the intake of foods that carry fiber in quantity, which accelerates intestinal transit, also containing high amounts of vitamin C to keep gums in good condition and greens, another option is chewing rosemary leaves , mint, watercress or parsley and then eat. How to Brush Your Teeth

It’s very important to brush their teeth properly, to ensure proper oral hygiene. It ‘important to choose a proper toothbrush and change frequently, otherwise you risk making the situation worse rather than better.

The Process of a Cavity

Symptoms
